Llantwit Major Arts and Crafts Group meet at CF61
Llantwit Major Arts and Crafts Group is a friendly group of individuals with a diverse range of arts and crafts interests. The group meet in the main hall at CF61 in Llantwit on the first and third Thursday evening of each month, between 7:30 and 9:30pm. This week, on Thursday the 3rd of February, the group are hosting their Membership Evening, and anyone is welcome to come and find out more about the group, with no obligation or fee for the evening.
The Great Winter Get Together is being celebrated at CF61 once again
Kicking off on Blue Monday (17 January) and running until 30 January, the Great Winter Get Together is an annual campaign from More in Common, to bring people together and reduce the stigma associated with loneliness.

Be a Santa to a Senior!
At Home Instead we run our yearly campaign “Be a Santa to a Senior” to help gather donated gifts from shops and the general public and distribute them to our local elderly and lonely residents.
Llantwit Major Lantern Parade is back!
We are thrilled that the Lantern Parade is back to turn on the Christmas lights in Llantwit Major again this year. The crowd will gather at CF61 on the 27th of November, for a 6pm start. Then the Parade will proceed through Llantwit with their lanterns, turning on the Christmas lights as they go.

Run by Llantwit Major Events Group, the fair promises to be bigger and longer than last year. The event will take place on Saturday 27th November from 10am to 6pm, it’s free admission and will include more stalls and fairground rides for smaller children, as well as a stage with entertainment promised all day
