Local organisations have approached us and so this is a space where local organisations can come together, collaborate and share information to explore opportunities for continuing the provision for 30 older people who are currently accessing our offer. 

Expressions of Interest are invited from social prescribing practitioners and educators to test a new digital learning resource developed by Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW).
