Effro is introducing a new online opportunity for carers of those living with dementia to drop-in, have a chat, share experiences or simply just listen to others in an informal space.

The next Carer Connect Group in Cardiff will be held at Llanrumney Hall Community Trust, Ball Road, Llanrumney, Cardiff CF3 4JJA and will run every Wednesday, for 10 weeks, between 10:30 - 12:00 p.m., starting on the 22^nd January 2025.

Local organisations have approached us and so this is a space where local organisations can come together, collaborate and share information to explore opportunities for continuing the provision for 30 older people who are currently accessing our offer. 

Expressions of Interest are invited from social prescribing practitioners and educators to test a new digital learning resource developed by Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW).
