Just to say, what you see, it is not everything.

We promote volunteering across the Vale of Glamorgan (with a few opportunities in Cardiff too). There are hundreds of opportunities available in lots of different categories.

Nobody expects you to give all of your spare time, as little as 1 hour, a few hours or a day a week is what organisations ask for.

Most organisations will also reimburse a travel expense too.

The full range of volunteering opportunities are available to those aged 18+; with a slightly limited range available for those under 18.
