A Thank You to the Dedicated Volunteers in the Vale of Glamorgan
Volunteers’ Week 1 June - 7 June is a time to say thanks. It goes without saying that volunteers have played a key role in the pandemic response. During an exceptionally difficult couple of years, people from all walks of life have taken the time to volunteer and make a huge difference to their communities – just as they do every year. This is a time for us to come together and thank all volunteers for their invaluable contributions.
If you or your organisation benefits from a volunteer or volunteers, why not reward them with a small tea party, a certificate, sharing success stories on social media, or even just by saying a big thank you?
If you represent an organisation, Volunteers’ Week material, including logos and certificates can be downloaded from volunteersweek.org/get-involved/resources/
Glamorgan Voluntary Services (GVS) offers information and guidance on all aspects of volunteering for both volunteers and recruiting organisations. If you are interested in embarking on a new journey, why not attend one of our Volunteers’ Week events?

Diolch i'r Gwirfoddolwyr Ymroddedig ym Mro Morgannwg
Mae Wythnos Gwirfoddolwyr 1 Mehefin - 7 Mehefin yn gyfnod i ddweud diolch. Afraid dweud bod gwirfoddolwyr wedi chwarae rhan allweddol yn ymateb i’r pandemig. Yn ystod ychydig flynyddoedd eithriadol o anodd, mae pobl o bob cefndir wedi cymryd yr amser i wirfoddoli a gwneud gwahaniaeth enfawr i'w cymunedau – yn union fel y maent yn ei wneud bob blwyddyn. Mae hwn yn amser i ni ddod at ein gilydd a diolch i'r holl wirfoddolwyr am eu cyfraniadau amhrisiadwy.
Os ydych chi neu'ch sefydliad yn elwa o wirfoddolwr neu wirfoddolwyr, beth am eu gwobrwyo gyda the parti bach, tystysgrif, rhannu straeon llwyddiant ar gyfryngau cymdeithasol, neu hyd yn oed dim ond drwy ddweud diolch yn fawr?
Os ydych chi'n cynrychioli sefydliad, gellir lawrlwytho deunydd Wythnos Gwirfoddolwyr, gan gynnwys logos a thystysgrifau o volunteersweek.org/get-involved/resources/
Mae Gwasanaethau Gwirfoddol Morgannwg (GVS) yn cynnig gwybodaeth ac arweiniad ar bob agwedd ar wirfoddoli i wirfoddolwyr a sefydliadau recriwtio. Os oes gennych ddiddordeb mewn cychwyn ar daith newydd, beth am fynd i un o'n digwyddiadau Wythnos Gwirfoddolwyr?
