Vacancy with Diverse Cymru - Mental Health Recovery Practitioner (North Wales)

Support people experiencing mental ill health and help them to sustain independent living in the community.

As part of our Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub, you’d offer recovery based support to Black, Asian and minoritised ethnic people and asylum seekers and refugees who are experiencing mental ill health.

Hours: 37 hours per week, flexi time policy operates. 28 days annual leave plus public holidays (pro-rata).

Contract: Initial contract to 2026

Location: North Wales (home based, location flexible)

Salary: £20,500 per annum
