Ty Hapus seasonal walk

Ty Hapus seasonal walk in Penarth on 1st July 2022.

We really enjoyed seeing some familiar and some new faces on our 2021/22 walks and our winter indoor activity sessions in different locations through Cardiff and The Vale of Glamorgan.  We are looking forward to the opportunity to see old friends and meet new ones in person once more on our next seasonal walk which is Penarth Cliff tops.

The walks are for people living with dementia and an accompanying friend, relative or carer. We will follow the latest guidelines for safety.
