The Hepatitis C Trust are recruiting for our new Hep C Follow Me Peer Support project.

Initially working across Cardiff and Vale and surrounding areas, the project - staffed by a Peer Coordinator and Peer Support Lead - will develop a network of peers that will reach into the community of PWID and deliver core messages promoting hepatitis C testing and treatment.

Working in partnership with hepatitis C clinical teams, drug and alcohol services and homeless service providers, the project will deliver educational workshops, increase hepatitis C awareness and testing in community settings, ensure that service users are referred and supported through hepatitis C treatment and care.
