Our charity has changed!
Home Instead Charities is the new name of our charity, new name, new look, but the same heart… we aim to BRING JOY to the lives of ageing adults all over the UK.
The changes have been made so that colleagues in local offices can really connect with our work and see the value of working for the UK’s leading Home Care provider, Home Instead, and also see and experience the impact we have in supporting your communities.
At Home Instead our values mean that we can support ALL lonely and isolated adults not just those that are our clients. This means we can help keep our ageing adults mentally well, physically active and emotionally connected which is particularly important now we are emerging from the COVID pandemic.
The work our charity undertakes is vital in ensuring the people most vulnerable in our communities get the support they need. All too often the big charities come in and hoover up all the available funding which leaves some grass roots charities that perhaps have the most impact in the community really struggling. This is where Home Instead Charities comes into its own. This is where you, your local office and colleagues can effect the most change and have the greatest impact on the lives of your ageing local community.
