The Golden Pass is now available across the Vale of Glamorgan!

The Golden Pass offers people aged 60+ living in the Vale of Glamorgan access to 8 free sessions of community physical activity/sport. Over 100 activities are available ranging from Archery to Zumba targeting those who are inactive or do little physical activity.

There are three Activity Hubs available:

 -        Barry – a continuation of the pilot project with all activities based in Barry

-        Eastern Vale – activities mainly based in Dinas Powys and Penarth

-        Western Vale – activities mainly based in Cowbridge, Llantwit Major and Rhoose

We are accepting registrations from all Vale residents aged 60+ so if you know any clients/residents/service users/other organisations that would be interested in the opportunity, details are below:
