About the Opportunity

We’re looking for our next Chair to lead our Board of Trustees.

After serving his maximum term, our Chair of the Board of Trustees, Professor Malcolm Mason OBE is stepping down. He says about the opportunity:-

This is a voluntary role where we’re looking for a Chair to serve for an initial 3 year term, who can commit to attending most Board and Committee meetings in person at our Cardiff office.

Helps the charity reach sound decisions on key strategic issues

Contributes to Board discussions, leads and sets discussions and provides advice and guidance on new initiatives

What you'll need to succeed:

You’ll bring strong interpersonal skills, strategic senior leadership experience, with previous experience of being a Chair. You’ll demonstrate independent judgement, a collaborative, supportive leadership style and the ability to think creatively.
