Mental Health Recovery Practitioners (North Wales)

Salary: £20,500 full-time, £11,635 part-time.
Flexitime operates, 28 days* annual leave plus bank holidays (*pro rata)
Contract Type: Contract until 2026, 1 Full Time & 1 Part Time positions available (37 & 21 hours a week)
Location: North Wales (Home based, location flexible)

We are looking to recruit Mental Health Recovery Practitioners for our brand new National Lottery funded project, to provide direct support to BAME individuals and help them make the transition from secondary care and sustain an independent life back in the community.

Based in North Wales, you’ll be providing support to people experiencing mental health difficulties, particularly with people accessing mental health services from the Black, Asian and minority ethnic communities, enabling them to sustain independent life in the community.

You must be able to establish a good understanding of the BAME community you’ll be working with and develop strong working relationships with a variety of partners and services.

You’ll be supporting individuals through a range of activities, on an on-site and peripatetic basis and enabling clients to exercise informed choices about their lives.
