Job Vacancy - Development Director Cardiff and Vale Parents’ Federation

Position: Development Director Location: Cardiff

Hours: Part-time, 3 days [21 hours] per week

Contract: 3 year renewable contract

Salary: £24,120 per annum plus 10% pension contribution [£42,000 pro rata]

Cardiff and the Vale Parents’ Federation, a long-standing charity supporting unpaid carers, is seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to step into the role of Development Director.  

With over two decades of impactful work, our current director is retiring, and we’re looking for someone ready to build on that legacy.  

This is a unique opportunity to use your skills, experience, and connections to shape the future of a charity that truly makes a difference in the lives of families across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.  

If you have deep knowledge of the social care sector, understand the challenges faced by unpaid carers, and have a proven track record in project development and fundraising, this role could be your perfect fit.
