Want to be more active but not sure where to start?

There are so many ways you can be more active, being active looks different for all of us. Come along to our Fayre and find your way. Find out about the range of benefits of being regularly active and discover what’s on in the Vale of Glamorgan.

Drop in, grab a free drink and snack, browse our stalls and attend workshops running throughout the day.

A large range of information stands are here including lots of information about Volunteering.

Open to all, free entry and the first 50 through the door will receive a free gift.
