Paned a Sgwrs – Gemma Lelliott: Something Interesting with Someone Interesting

Gemma Lelliott is the Community Transport Association’s Director for Wales and works to support Community Travel Associations in Wales by providing information, advocacy, training and holding space for members to come together.

Community transport provides flexible and accessible community-led solutions in response to unmet local transport needs, and often represents the only means of transport for many vulnerable and isolated people, often older people or people with disabilities. It is also often the most reliable, resilient and accessible way of ensuring the broadest range of transport needs can be met.

Gemma will be sharing some projects that the Community Transport Association have undertaken recently in Wales that really show the positive impact that community-led transport can have.

Paned a Sgwrs aims to bring people together and facilitate the cross-pollination of ideas as core part of the work of Audit Wales’ Good Practice Exchange.

It is a series of self-contained sessions aimed at facilitating connections between interesting people, and sharing something interesting.
