Are you supporting people over 50 living in the Vale of Glamorgan who may benefit from relationship counselling or family counselling? 

Relate Cymru is offering up to eight FREE sessions with a trained therapist.  A limited number of free sessions for the remainder of 2023 (this offer may close earlier depending on demand).

We can support partners and families around issues including:

- Adjusting to retirement;
- The cost-of-living crisis;
- Adult children living back at home;
- Changing caring needs.
