Following on from "Future Proofing" Social Prescribing in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan
The follow up to come together and discuss Social Prescribing within Cardiff & Vale has been arranged for 12noon on the 14th June 2023.
Full agenda/marker to follow, but we will be focussing on a broader discussion of key themes raised in the previous event and revisiting the Glossary of Terms in more detail, including discussion of some of the comments from the previous talk.
As before, the event is open to anyone who has an interest in social prescribing, whether service managers, practitioners, commissioners or other stakeholders.
