Distributing Carers Wales posters

We are looking for volunteer Community Champions.  As a community champion, you’ll help connect carers to valuable support and information.  We would like you to help by:

  • distributing Carers Wales' materials – such as leaflets and posters – within your community

  • hosting information stands within community spaces

If you don’t want to host an information stand, then perhaps you could just distribute leaflets and posters.

We’ll give you all the tools you need to get started. Your volunteering pack will include a volunteer handbook plus tips and guidelines on getting out there for the first time. We’ll also deliver the publicity materials directly to you, as well as cover your agreed travel expenses.

This is a great opportunity to meet new people, spread the word and have the satisfaction of making a real difference to carers’ lives in the area where you live. You’ll be part of our flagship volunteering programme and we’ll be supporting you all the way.

For those who do not have much time to give, this volunteering opportunity is very flexible indeed, with a minimum commitment of 2 hours per month.
