Digital Champion Volunteer
The Change Grow Live Achieving Change through Employment (ACE) programme is looking for Digital Champion Volunteers aged 18+ to support staff team in the development and delivery of a digital engagement plan for South East Wales.
The role will involve using digital platforms to improve links with partner agencies and the broader community.
Working with staff and service users to develop competence and effective use of digital platforms, for example through consultation groups, training, workshops, development of digital resources, etc.
Through communication with CGL Marketing and Digital teams ensure work in this area is in line with organisational guidance
Review and develop materials used for service delivery and promotion to support the delivery of the Digital Engagement plan
Support the promotion of digital engagement to staff, service users, partner agencies and the broader community
Time commitment: A suggested time commitment of 1 – 2 hours per week.
Expenses reimbursed: Out of expenses are reimbursed
Training provided: In-house training is provided.
Selection procedures: An informal discussion, application form completion, 2 references, and a disclosure and barring (DBS) check (cost met by organisation).
