Digital Champion Volunteer

The Change Grow Live Achieving Change through Employment (ACE) programme is looking for Digital Champion Volunteers aged 18+ to support staff team in the development and delivery of a digital engagement plan for South East Wales.

The role will involve using digital platforms to improve links with partner agencies and the broader community.

  • Working with staff and service users to develop competence and effective use of digital platforms, for example through consultation groups, training, workshops, development of digital resources, etc.

  • Through communication with CGL Marketing and Digital teams ensure work in this area is in line with organisational guidance

  • Review and develop materials used for service delivery and promotion to support the delivery of the Digital Engagement plan

  • Support the promotion of digital engagement to staff, service users, partner agencies and the broader community

Time commitment: A suggested time commitment of 1 – 2 hours per week.
Expenses reimbursed: Out of expenses are reimbursed
Training provided: In-house training is provided.
Selection procedures: An informal discussion, application form completion, 2 references, and a disclosure and barring (DBS) check (cost met by organisation).
