A Community of Practice - Building a shared ideas bank

A problem shared can make it easier to solve … Join us for this in person workshop to meet colleagues from across your Local Authority to discuss your service delivery problems and explore if others have experience of the same challenges. Is there potential to tackle your issues together?

This practice-based workshop aims to convene colleagues in an informal gathering to encourage conversation and partnership working through facilitated supportive discussion.

Together, we will explore problems raised by public and third sector colleagues working at the front line of service delivery. We will share ideas, hear how others have overcome similar problems and discuss the potential impact of adopting these measures more widely.

Please come armed with your ‘knotty’ problems and be prepared to share your experience and ideas with your colleague, and add to our Shared Ideas Bank to aid others grappling with similar challenges!

This session is aimed at Vale of Glamorgan based public and third sector colleagues, however we are planning to visit all 10 Local Authorities within the Cardiff Capital Region.
