2023 – A Time for Change?

A time when you can make changes for yourself.
Reflect upon the past year/s, is there something you would like to do for you?

It goes without saying, giving up smoking, doing more exercise, completing that diet after all that Christmas food; are usually top of the list of changes.

But, if you take some time to have a quick think, do you have a little free time?  Would you like to volunteer?  Have you ever thought about volunteering?

Build your confidence, skills and gain really valuable work experience.  Meet new people. Improve your health and wellbeing.  Enhance your CV and gain a reference.  Have a taster for a career change.  You can use your existing skills and also gain new skills.
