What is the Active Travel Act Guidance?

The Active Travel Act Guidance is a document published by the Welsh Government to help people who plan, build and maintain pavements and cycleways.

Why are we updating part 2?

The guidance was last updated in 2021. We want to make sure that its up-to-date and works well for everyone. This is a light update focused on the detailed design and construction guidance in part 2.

What do we need from you?

We need your help to ensure the updated guidance is effective, practical and clear. We want to be sure it meets the needs of our communities. Your feedback will help to inform the changes we make.
