What about Volunteering?

Have you ever thought about volunteering?  What you can do, who you can help?  Perhaps you have put it off to another day and not quite got round to enquiring.  Well drop me an email with your interests or ideas of what you would like to do and I can find an opportunity that is just right for you.

Whether you want to give some time to help your community, enhance a CV, improve your health and wellbeing, meet new people, gain practical experience, add structure to your day, use your skills and also gain new ones I am sure there will be something to suit your needs.

Most organisations will reimburse a travel expense. Full training is provided and time commitment is negotiable with the organisation.
Volunteers will go through a selection procedure within an organisation which will include an informal discussion, application form completion, references and if the opportunity requires it, a disclosure and barring check (cost met by organisation)
