Volunteer to help in Adverse Weather Conditions

Volunteers aged 18+ are required to assist the Emergency Services. You would assist in flood and also Swift Water Rescues as well as providing assistance during adverse weather (Storms, Floods, Snow, etc.) and Civil Contingencies. Volunteers must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.

Time commitment: This opportunity is on an ad hoc basis.
Expenses reimbursed: Unfortunately travel expenses are not reimbursed.
Training provided: Full training is provided.
Selection procedures: An informal discussion, application form completion and 2 references.
