Volunteer in our Charity Shop

To raise funds for the charity, we have established a range of charity shops in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.  This enables each shop to bring in funds for the vital work of Cerebral Palsy Cymru.

The tasks volunteers can get involved in are:

  • Sorting & hanging clothes

  • Steaming clothes

  • Customer service

  • Working the till

  • Tagging & pricing clothes

  • Sorting & pricing bric a brac

  • Sorting & pricing media and books

As well as helping us to generate income for our organisation, you can also gain the following skills:

  • Customer service

  • Stock control and management skills

  • Visual merchandising

  • Health and safety training

Time commitment:  The hours and days are fully flexible with the organisation.
Expenses reimbursed: Travel expenses are reimbursed.
Training provided: Full training is provided.
Selection procedure: Informal discussion, application form completion and 2 references.
