Volunteer at our Youth Clubs in Wick and Colwinston

Colwinston Youth Club has provided activities for young people aged 11 and over for almost 40 years. We are an entirely voluntary group and rely on volunteers to deliver all aspects of our service. Without volunteers our club cannot function. To ensure that this vibrant club remains open volunteer helpers aged 14+ are required for general supervision, arts and craft and sporting activities and running a small tuck shop.

Wick Youth Club require Volunteers aged 14+ to help with a variety of activities including helping run a small canteen, general supervision, arts and crafts, sports and supervising trips.  You will be volunteering with interested children and young people aged 7 to 18 years. 

Youth club volunteering can be a very pleasant and rewarding experience. 

Time commitment: A suggested weekly time commitment -   Wick 3 hours (5 – 8pm Wednesday), Colwinston 3 hours (6 – 9pm Friday).
Travel expenses: Travel expenses are reimbursed.
Training provided: Full training is provided.
Selection procedures: An informal discussion, application form completion, references and a disclosure and barring check.
