Stay Ahead with Expert Training from Citizens Advice Cardiff and Vale
With a new UK Government and changes like the Winter Fuel Payment already underway and the increase to the energy price cap, it’s critical to stay informed for what’s shaping up to be a challenging winter. Make sure you're fully prepared by joining one of our upcoming training courses.
Our courses will equip you to navigate the complexities of benefits and welfare systems while addressing challenges in employment, immigration, debt, and housing advice. Our expert trainers understand that it's not just about handling complex advice, but also about supporting vulnerable clients with multiple interlinked issues.
Staying informed is key to providing effective support. Advising thousands of clients each week gives us a unique perspective on the challenges faced across the country.
We offer open courses every month for the public and frontline services. Be sure to reserve your spot before they fill up! You can book through our Eventbrite page using the link below.
