Replacement Local Development Plan (2021 – 2036) - Pre-Deposit Public Consultation - Preferred Strategy
The public consultation on the Preferred Strategy for the Vale of Glamorgan Replacement Local Development Plan (RLDP) has now commenced.
The Preferred Strategy sets out the strategic priorities for development during the RLDP period and outlines the key economic, social and environmental issues that need to be addressed. The Preferred Strategy includes a vision of how the Vale of Glamorgan should develop and identifies the general locations where development is considered appropriate. The strategy also sets objectives and establishes a series of strategic policies to guide future growth and to address the needs identified.
