Re-engage are running a free Activity Group at St Paul’s Community Centre, Penarth for the over 75’s!

Re-engage is a national charity dedicated to connecting people to their communities. Our activity groups bring people over 75 together in local communities across Cardiff and the Vale to keep people active through gentle exercise sessions, tai chi, gardening, boules, carpet curling and dancing.    

The regular sessions at St Paul’s are free and we provide light refreshments at each of our groups. We meet for around 2 hours every month and our activities are inclusive for all those that attend.
