ProMo Cymru are very excited to launch our new CRM for the third sector as part of Newid
Through our discovery research with leaders in the third sector we heard there was a huge administrative burden that organisations faced due to outdated systems, poor processes and reporting requirements.
To help combat this burden we’ve created a CRM template based on the needs of the third sector using Airtable.
This template provides a starting point for managing contacts, organisations, projects, interactions, volunteers, tasks, notes, and more in one centralised database.
The CRM template includes:
• Contacts and organisation directory
• Tasks management
• Notes and file attachments
• Reporting and filtered views
