Primary Care & Community Nursing Survey - third section reflections needed

Please note this survey is not just for those in the nursing profession and they are seeking a wide range of views from those that work with community nursing services too, this of course covers third sector working and so reflections from you will be really valuable.

Primary and Community Nursing Survey Open to ALL Nurses & those who work with Community Nursing Services

The Strategic Programme for Primary Care is working with Community Nurses within our health and social care system to develop a vision and framework for adult (16+) community nursing services.

In order to understand the current landscape and your personal reflections of Primary and Community Care Nursing services we have developed a Primary and Community Care Nursing Survey in conjunction with the Community Nursing Vision and Framework task and finish group.

We are seeking views from those that work in community nursing services from any area of nursing practice across adult and children services, and those that work with community nursing services. The results will help the task and finish group to develop;

•             A Nationally agreed Vision for Community Nursing,

•             Ambitions of Community Nursing for the next three - five years

•             An action plan outlining how Community Nursing will achieve this ambition

•             A set of agreed outcome measures to demonstrate successful achievement of the framework

The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete, and all responses are anonymous. The survey will be open until 31st March 2023 and will inform follow up workshops in April/May 2023, where participants will have an opportunity to hear about the survey results and help develop the Vision and Framework further.

 Please help us reach as many Nurses and people who work with community nursing services as possible, by sharing this with your colleagues/teams and professional networks in Wales.
