Poundland Foundation - Kits 4 Kids Grants

We’re excited to announce our third Kits 4 Kids grant window, providing support of up to £750 for community sports clubs across the UK. 

Eligibility criteria

  • Funding is only available to organisations based in the UK who have not previously received support from the Poundland Foundation

  • Applications are not eligible from profit-making organisations or schools: registered charities, community interest companies (CICs) and unregistered organisations can apply

  • Groups must work with children under 18 

  • Grant to be spent on kit only (clothing) and clubs/teams/organisations must agree to display the Poundland Foundation logo on their kit

  • Organisations must have an income of under £10,000 and hold reserves under £5,000 (we may ask for proof of this, so please provide accurate figures)

  • Organisations must have a safeguarding and/or child protection policy that can be uploaded as part of the application process

  • Organisations must have their own bank account and be able to submit proof of the account name, sort code and account number (unfortunately grants cannot be transferred to personal accounts) 

Checklist

  • My organisation meets the eligibility criteria set out above and I am applying on behalf of a kids’ sports club looking for support 

  • My organisation hasn’t previously received a grant from the Poundland Foundation 

  • I understand that successful applications will receive a grant of up to £750

  • If successful, we’ll use the grant to purchase kit to be used by our team

  • My organisation has a child protection and safeguarding policies that I can share as part of this application 

  • My organisation/team/club has its own bank account 

  • I’m happy to include the Poundland Foundation logo on the kit purchased with the grant 

  • I agree to send a photo of the new kit, complete with Poundland Foundation logo, to the team
