Penarth Ageing Well Club is looking for speakers to come to their weekly meetings.

My name is Jean Walker and I arrange activities for Penarth Ageing Well Club.

We are a self-funded club for the over 50s who meet at Glyndwr Hall on Glyndwr Road, Penarth CF64 3ND.

Most of our members are over 70, mostly ladies but a few gents, we have been going for about 15 years and our programme consists of some form of exercise followed by coffee then a demonstration or speaker.

We meet every Wednesday morning between 10:30 and 12:30.

We have about 50 members on our books but at the moment we are averaging around 25/30 attendees per week.
