We are looking for a small but dedicated team of Patient Experience Survey Volunteers to gather valuable feedback from our service users.  If you’re confident in approaching people for a chat please consider applying. 

This is an excellent opportunity to experience life in a hospital environment and contribute to improving the Health Board experience.  

The role will be carried out across our hospital sites in Cardiff, between Monday and Friday, and the hours of 9:00am to 4:00pm.  A suggested weekly time commitment is 2 hours, days and hours negotiable with the organisation.

Time commitment: A suggested weekly time commitment is 2 hours, available Monday – Friday, 9am – 4pm.  Days and hours are negotiable with the organisation. 
Travel expenses:  Travel expenses are reimbursed.
Training:  Full training is provided.
Selection procedures:  Informal discussion, application form completion, 2 references and a disclosure and barring check (cost met by organisation).
