About the role
We are now seeking to recruit our next Finance & Resources Director who can rise to this challenge and turn our bold plans into financial success. We are looking for a compassionate, people focused and performance driven leader who is able to seize new opportunities and strategically manage key areas of the organisation: Finance, People and Technology to the benefit of todays and tomorrow’s customers.
About you
Innovative and engaging, you will be capable of making a real impact at Newydd and be excited to develop your role and career beyond your first specialism of Finance. Treasury management experience is important along with a proven track record of delivering continuous improvement and high-quality services. Though not essential experience within the social housing sector is beneficial along with an understanding of the Wales regulatory framework. Most importantly, you’ll share our passion for collaborative partnership working and putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
