Getting Back Out There

Anxiety has been a serious problem people have faced during and after lockdown. Older people have been finding it very difficult to prepare both mentally and physically for a return to the outside world. Our Getting Back Out There campaign is designed to help people bridge that gap between staying inside and returning to social normality. Our mixture of online support, practical help and face to face social events can help people reconnect, safely.

Social Anxiety After Lockdown

Tackling post-lockdown anxiety isn’t just a problem for older people and those that care for them, it must be also be addressed by politicians from all parties. Social anxiety after lockdown needn’t be a barrier to good physical and mental health.

We are calling on UK politicians and policy makers to support our campaign to raise awareness of this huge issue.

Free Exercise Guide

As a precursor to our social walking groups starting in September, we have produced a free exercise guide that give you everything you need to get back to regular exercise, no matter what your fitness level. To receive our fantastic guide, sign up to our campaign….
