New FREE monthly Activity Groups for the over 75s

Home Instead have partnered with Re-Engage and we are proud to launch our new free monthly activity groups for people over the age of 75 in the Vale of Glamorgan, on Wednesday 8th September.

Date: Wednesday 8th September 2021 – running every 4 weeks
Time: 11:30am – 1:30pm
Location: Sully Sports Club (in the social club), South Road, CF64 5SP

About our group at Sully Sports Club

Our social groups, delivered by Re-engage and Home Instead host a different activity each month and we’ll host activities such as, cornhole, exercise, dance, pottery which will followed by a free tea, coffee and cake. Our activities change each month, but we’d love to hear new ideas for activities from our activity guests.
