MS Society Cymru and Public Health Wales MS specific Education Programme for Patients in Wales National Survey

At MS Society Cymru we're working in partnership with Public Health Wales to develop an MS Specific Education Programme for Patients (EPP).  The programme will be co-produced with people living with MS in Wales, piloted, evaluated, and then rolled out across Wales.

Public Health Wales have been successfully running free self-management Education Programmes for Patients (EPP) across Wales for a number of years.

Their Education Programmes for Patients helps people to manage the effects of a long-term condition. More information is here - https://phw.nhs.wales/services-and-teams/improvement-cymru/our-work/education-programmes-for-patients/

We'd be really grateful if you could spare 5 minutes to complete this short survey (by the 10th July), as the results will ensure that the MS Specific Education Programme for Patients (EPP) that we develop is relevant to the needs of people living with MS in Wales.
