Motion Control Dance goes GREEN!

At last Motion Control Dance have had the chance to perform again in front of a large audience! It’s been 2 years since our dancers took to the stage and on the 23rd April 2022, Motion Control Dance took over Central Park in Barry for our Green Movement.

Just over 100 young dancers (aged 3 - 84) took to the streets for a peaceful protest through the town centre before the performance to share their views and raise awareness on how we can all make small changes to help save our planet. As a legacy of this community dance project funded by Arts Council Wales, GVS Youth Led Project and the Vale Youth Service, each dancer will plant a tree in Porthkerry Park to make a small step in helping to sustain future generations.

Motion Control Dance deliver a wide range of community sessions in the Vale of Glamorgan that help to enrich lives through movement. For more information please get in touch with our team who will be pleased to help you find the class that is right for you!
