Meet the Funder - Third Sector Capital Fund 2024

We’re happy to announce that there will be an opportunity to learn more about the current Third Sector Capital Fund through a free online Zoom session, taking place on the 2nd of August at 10 am.

The session will be delivered by a representative, who will give a presentation on the fund, including information relating to objectives, restrictions and more. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions.

The Cardiff and Vale of Glamorgan Regional Partnership Board has allocated £150,000.00 funding from the Welsh Government’s Housing with Care Fund (HCF), to support third sector community services in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. 

The Third Sector Capital Fund is managed and administered by Glamorgan Voluntary Services (GVS).

The Third Sector Capital Fund is open for applications from Tuesday, 16th July 2024, with a deadline for submission of 12pm on Friday, 16th August 2024.

Organisations can apply for up to £12,500.      

 This Fund aims to provide capital resources for projects that supports independent living in the community for people with care and support needs, and to provide intermediate care settings in the community so that people who need care, support and rehabilitation can return to living independently or maintain their existing independence.
