Do you help to care for someone in the community (family member or friend) living in Cardiff or the Vale of Glamorgan, and need a little bit of moving and handling guidance? 

Do you want to know about some safer manual handling methods when assisting a person to move; or what equipment is available?

On Wednesday 7 June 2023, The Vale of Glamorgan Council will be running a free drop-in course for unpaid carers who live in the Vale.

WHEN AND WHERE IS THE DROP IN SESSION

Unit 5, BSc Building, Hood Road, CF62 5QN in Barry on Wednesday 7 June 2023 from 10.00am to 3pm.

PARKING

Please ignore the tenants only car parking sign.  You are welcome to park in the car park behind the unit and there are disabled spaces available.  The entrance to the training room is from the car park at the rear of the building.
