There will be a wide range of organisations and employers with advice and information about learning, training, support and guidance and jobs.

Volunteering can provide you with so much. You can: build on your confidence, improve your health & wellbeing, meet new people and make new friends, enhance your CV, use it as a taster for a change of career, gain new skills and use existing skills, add structure to your day.
