We are looking for a Development Administrator who will be responsible for providing a high-quality administrative service across a range of activities within our Development Team.

About us

Newydd Housing Association is an award-winning organisation that currently owns and manages around 3,000 rented properties in mid and south Wales, working in several local authority areas.

About the role

We are looking for a positive and proactive Development Administrator who can provide general admin support including leading on document management and storage, managing our suppliers lists and organising meetings and events as required.

About you

This is a varied and challenging role, and you must be able to multitask and prioritise work as well as have the confidence to work on your own initiative to problem solve and make decisions. Educated to GCSE standard, with effective written and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience of working in an administrative function and of processing financial information is essential for the role as are exceptional organisational and people skills and a keen eye for detail. Experience of working in social housing and of taking minutes is desirable for the role.

The most important thing we are looking for is an experienced administrator with a can-do attitude. Continually improving is at the heart of what we do so high standards of work and the ability to be flexible and innovative is also important to us.
