Llamau’s mission is to end youth homelessness and homelessness for women in Wales. It’s a big ambition and to some people it might seem impossible, but we know that if we all work together, homelessness genuinely doesn’t have to exist.

We’re looking for passionate, talented and tenacious people to join our team providing housing related Floating Support to young people in The Vale. 

You’ll be an empathic person, able to understand and respond to the needs of young people as they navigate through a challenging time in their lives. You will support them through key-working sessions and a variety of other ways to develop their confidence and resilience as individuals and help them move to a positive independent future.  You will be able to remain calm and show initiative when faced with challenging situations. 

You’ll be working alongside passionate and supportive colleagues in a rewarding environment, where you’ll be making a huge contribution to creating a Wales without homelessness, every single day. 

The role will participate in the first tier of Llamau’s 5-tier on-call service, approximately 1 week in 15.

Location: The Vale

Salary: £21,276 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9.30am-5pm, however there is some requirement for work outside those hours
