You are cordially invited to the EmpowerMind event coming up on March 19th, 10.30am - 3:30pm at Cornerstone on Charles St Cardiff.

Information, presentations, conversations, activities, food, fun and an opportunity to feed back on what works, what would make a difference.  For more information click here

Expenses are payable.

If you cannot make the whole day, please feel very welcome to attend part…lunch is 12.30-1.30 and you are very welcome to come along for this and whatever time you can manage
