Introducing Cyfle Cymru - Supporting Individuals in Cardiff and The Vale

Cyfle Cymru is proud to announce our comprehensive support services for individuals aged 16 - 24 who are out of work or education, or age 25+, long term unemployed and/or Economically Inactive and have experience with substance use and/or mental health challenges. We are committed to helping people in Cardiff and The Vale achieve their personal and professional goals. 

About Cyfle Cymru:

Cyfle Cymru offers a range of services designed to support individuals in their recovery and wellbeing journey. Our team provides personalised, one-to-one support through our peer mentors, who are local to the area and understand the unique challenges our participants face.  

Our Services Include:

- Substance Use Support: Tailored assistance for individuals dealing with substance use issues.

- Mental Health Support: Resources and guidance to help manage mental health concerns.

- Wellbeing and Volunteering Events: Activities designed to enhance personal wellbeing and community engagement.

- Advocacy, Advice, and Guidance: Expert support to navigate various life challenges.

- Online Courses: Opportunities to upskill and gain new qualifications.

- CV Support: Assistance in creating and improving resumes.

- Recovery and Wellbeing Help: Comprehensive support to aid in personal recovery journeys.

- Interview Skills Training: Preparation for job interviews to increase chances of employment.

- Employment Support: Continuous support for up to six months after securing employment.

- Further Education Support: Guidance on accessing further education opportunities.

- Agency Linkages: Connections with local agencies such as JCP, Housing, Probation, CAVDAS, and more. 

We believe in the power of collaboration and co-production. Our goal is to work closely with local agencies and communities to provide a network of support that ensures our participants can thrive.
