Help Shape Our Strategic Equality Objectives

Under the Equality Act 2010, Cardiff and Vale University Health Board must develop and deliver a strategic equality plan every 4 years, which outlines our strategic equality objectives.

It is now time to refresh these objectives. Through engagement, Cardiff and Vale University Health Board offers all service users, colleagues and stakeholders the opportunity to have a say in shaping the Strategic Equality Objectives 2024-2028.

This engagement will help to ensure that CAVUHB is an inclusive environment that delivers exceptional care to everyone who needs it. We want to ensure that CAVUHB delivers exceptional, accessible and inclusive care to its patients, whilst also providing an inclusive environment for all staff.

We are committed to acting on our social, moral and ethical obligations to promote equality of opportunity and outcome.
