Aim of the Programme

This scheme is intended to support opportunities to be put in place locally to promote health, wellbeing and independence.  This revenue and capital Fund aims to support proposals for sustainable preventative initiatives which improve the quality of life for priority groups across Cardiff and the Vale by ensuring people are able to engage in their local community, develop or maintain their independence and access appropriate support at the right time. We are keen to support both specialist services and groups that are open access and willing to embrace members with an LD
