Funding available - Wales Co Op Winter Hardship project

There is a new Welsh Government funded project aimed at supporting people leaving any hospital setting who are at risk of digital exclusion.

We have some funding available for third sector organisations anywhere in Wales. Organisations can apply on behalf of a specific individual at risk of digital exclusion for up to £500 for a digital device and/or connectivity.

We also have a helpline which people can call if they have (or care for someone who has) recently been discharged from hospital. The helpline will link them with digital support local to them - 0345 873 2890

We have a webpage where you can find more information about the project and download the application forms, guidance and eligibility criteria:

 English –https://wales.coop/winter-hardship-project/

Welsh - https://cymru.coop/prosiect-anhawster-y-gaeaf/

If you know of any individual or organisation that could benefit from this project, it would be fantastic if you could share this with them. I’d be happy to have a chat with you, or anyone, about the project if it would be helpful.
