Fairoaks community garden nears completion

After a long hard slog the Fairoaks community garden is almost complete. The residents  are amazed at the transformation of the garden after the devastation the Covid19 pandemic caused.

With the help of local firms donating both materials and labour the end is now in sight. The residents would like to thank OGI for not only a cash donation but for the fantastic team of workers that descended on the garden carrying  on the good work of the LexisNexis team to complete the revamp of the garden.

All this and with donations from both green willows and Parkman funeral homes work in the garden has been done at a fantastic pace and will be finished just before Christmas. Donations from Jewson, Robert Price allows us to now have artificial grass fitted to take the revamp and make the garden once again an award winning one.

With the last jobs now in progress the residents are looking forward to the summer when they will be holding a bar-b-que  to thank all who have helped in turning the garden around.
